The convention and event planning industry is filled with very busy schedules. Coordinating a multitude of vendors and events is a very overwhelming task. Although much of the planning process happens well in advance of the actual event, nothing can prepare you for the unforeseen problems that always occur during the event. Delayed schedules, technical malfunctions and an endless barrage of questions from the attendees make a 3 day event seem to last an eternity.
Fortunately, Maestro has a several programs to help meeting and event planners take some of the burden off their shoulders. By giving the gift of Maestro to your attendees, you can make their trip to the event a much more memorable one. When you give your attendees VIP treatment with the Maestro service, you give them the ability to call us and ask us Anything, Anytime, Anywhere instead of asking you.
Maestro can be given to the attendees by sending them either a Maestro VIP card or a customized card to them at anytime before the event. Maestro can then be used by the recipients to assist them in planning for their trip. You could also give attendees the service in their welcome kit when they arrive for the event. Registering a phone number with the service is as simple as dialing an 800 number, entering the 12 digit account number listed on the card and our system will automatically capture the number from which you called. Our assistants will ask for your name and you are ready to go. Every call thereafter made from that same number will be automatically transferred to an agent that will recognize you by name.
Maestro can also be delivered using the eMaestro system that would send attendees either a separate email requesting that they activate their service via a link in the email or by embedding a link in any email that you are currently sending to attendees.
By encouraging attendees to register their phone number you can use Maestro's innovative communication portal to send out messages to your clients. Either by way of an SMS text message to their cell phones or via a voice broadcast message that gets sent out to all of your customers on their cell phones, you can immediately notify hundreds or thousands of people within a matter of seconds. Sending messages is as simple as having the event planners call Maestro and dictate to our assistants the message you want sent to your attendees You can even plan all messages ahead of time and our scheduling software will deliver the message at the appropriate times.
