eMaestro

We realize that many companies rarely meet their clients and prospects face to face. Maestro allows companies to give the gift of time and personal assistance through our eMaestro interface. eMaestro simply allows you to send a branded email invitation to the person you would like to receive the service. Activation for the recipient is available in two levels.

The first level sends an email that requires the recipient to click a link that will ask them for a cell phone number to register with the service. Once a cell phone is entered into the appropriate field and submitted, they will receive a text message notification to their cell phone with instructions on using their new service.

The second level of activation allows you to enter in the recipient's cell phone number when entering in all the customer's information and their service is automatically activated. They will receive an email letting them know that their cell phone number has been registered with your personal concierge service. You can elect to also have them receive a text message with instructions and the phone number to call to use the service.

All emails have customizable text and will show your logo and contact information at the bottom of the email. All you need to do is purchase a block of minutes and you are on your way to impressing your clients and prospects.
