Hotels are well known for providing many of the services that Maestro provides through it's concierge desk. Maestro has several programs that will compliment any existing concierge services already provided or allow for one if one does not exist. Some of the ways that Maestro can help hotels include:

  • Having existing concierge desks put a sign up directing people to call a toll free number that will answer in the exact manner your current concierge does. People may call the number when the on-site concierge is busy.

  • Maestro also allows for existing concierges that keep certain hours to now extend their concierge services to 24/7/365 by putting up a sign for customers to call us after the concierge desk closes.

  • Maestro can become the actual hotel concierge for hotels that do not currently provide an on site concierge for a fraction of the cost.

  • We work with hotels to compile a preferred list of businesses that your current concierge refer people to so that we can mirror your current efforts.

Maestro makes perfect sense for hotels to distribute Maestro's VIP services to its guests when they check into the hotel. Access to the service would be distributed in the form of a credit card sized VIP card that can be customized for your hotel. The VIP cards can also double as a hotel room key. Access to Maestro can be given to guests before they check in at the point of booking reservations by sending them an email using eMaestro.
